Birth Mom Vacation Media Release

I hereby agree to provide my services free of charge as a Funding Love Birth Mom in still photography and/or an audio-video presentation under development and for promotional use by Funding Love Corp. I hereby forever grant to Funding Love Corp (“Funding Love”), its legal representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, advertising agencies, and all persons or corporations acting with its permission, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, publish and re-publish, and copyright my story, likeness, picture, portrait, photograph, sound and/or voice recording, including the negatives, transparencies, prints, film, video, tapes, digital or other information pertaining to them in all forms of media now or hereafter known and in all manner, including electronic and web media, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, in whole or part and/or composite representations, in conjunction with my own name, including alterations, modifications, derivations and composites thereof, throughout the world and universe for advertising, promotion, trade, or any lawful purposes. This right shall include, but not be limited to, the right to combine my likeness with others and to alter my likeness, by digital means or others, for the purposes set forth herein. I hereby release Funding Love from any and all liability arising out of the use of my name or any such likenesses, photographs, portraits, reproductions and sound recordings, including without limitation any claims arising out of my right of privacy or right of publicity and any claims based on distortions, optical illusions or faulty mechanical reproductions of any such images. I acknowledge and agree that all such likenesses, photographs, reproductions and sound recordings and all audiotape, videotape, plates, negatives and reproductions related thereto are the exclusive property of Funding Love and that I waive any inspection or approval of same. I understand that Funding Love is not under any obligation to make use of any rights granted herein by me. I acknowledge that the publicity I receive by virtue of the first use of my name or any of said images or sound recordings is full and adequate consideration for my services and for the consent and release provided hereby. I represent (1) that no legal commitment to any third party exists with regard to the rights which are the subject matter of this release, and (2) that I am over the legal age of majority, can read and understand the English language and have given this consent and release voluntarily and with full knowledge of its terms. This consent and release constitutes my entire agreement with Funding Love with respect to the subject matter hereof, all prior agreements, if any, being merged herein. I agree that this consent and release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
